No payments are processed and no member accounts are created through the Site; therefore, no financial data or passwords are handled.

- Providing the Site and ensuring its security— KVKK Art. 5/2-(ç) legal obligation of the data controller and Art. 5/2-(f) legitimate interest.
- Measuring usage and improving content— analytical cookies subject to your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Retention periods
- Server and security logs: maximum 12 months.
- Analytical data: for the lifespan of the relevant cookie, up to a maximum of 24 months.
- Newsletter subscription: as long as you maintain your subscription; deleted upon your withdrawal.
- Messages submitted via forms: for the duration required by the request and the statutory limitation period.
Your rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information regarding this, learn the purpose of processing, request correction, deletion, or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data, object to processing, and request compensation for your damages. We implement administrative and technical measures, including encryption of transmission (HTTPS) and restriction of access, to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, and alteration.
